A mixture of the best turf-type fescues that create a dark green, full season turf that requires less water than a pure bluegrass lawn. This is the same seed we use on our fescue sod fields. This grass performs in direct sun or the shade with excellent traffic tolerance. The bluegrass aids in keeping the turf canopy tight.
