Blend of of the finest turf-type fescues that produces a dark green, medium textured turf. Stays green from early in the spring until late in the fall. Has a deep root system enabling the grass to go long intervals between irrigatation and take better advantage of natural rainfalls. Excellent in sun or shade with good disease resistance.
